AI Psychologist and Find Yourself are voice-led sessions, so the duration depends on you: most people spend 45–90 minutes answering. The final report is generated within a minute of finishing the conversation.
Do I need to know my exact birth time for Decode Your Numbers?
No. Birth time is optional. With time we compute house placements and ascendant precisely; without it we use solar houses as a fallback. The reading flags honestly whenever a section is operating in fallback mode, so you always know what's grounded versus interpolated.
What do I actually get? Is there a refund if it's not for me?
You get a structured personal report you can read on screen and download as a designed A4 PDF — yours to keep forever. There's no subscription. If the reading is clearly broken (failed generation, missing sections, technical issue), email us and we'll regenerate or refund. We don't offer refunds for 'I didn't like what it said' — the readings are calibrated to be specific, and sometimes specificity is uncomfortable.

How is my data handled?
Your transcript, birth data, and report are stored against your account so you can return to them later. We don't share, sell, or train models on your data. Payment is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. You can request deletion of all your data at any time.
