Mind Route is a self-reflection tool. We deliver three reading products — Decode Your Numbers, AI Psychologist, and Find Yourself — each producing a structured personal report you can read on screen and download as a PDF.

Mind Route is not a substitute for licensed mental health care, medical advice, financial advice, or legal counsel. The readings are written to be specific and useful, but they are reflections — not prescriptions. If you are in a mental-health crisis, in the US dial or text 988; elsewhere, contact your local crisis line.

Each reading is a one-time purchase processed by Stripe. There is no subscription. If a reading fails to generate (technical error, missing sections, broken download), email hello@mindroute.app within 14 days and we'll regenerate or refund. We do not offer refunds for "I didn't like what it said" — the readings are calibrated for specificity, and specificity can be uncomfortable.

You own everything you produce — your transcript, your birth data, your report. We store it against your account so you can return to it. You can request deletion at any time (see Privacy).

Don't use Mind Route to generate readings for someone else without their consent, don't attempt to extract our prompts or models, and don't resell access to the readings. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt fraudulent purchases.

Mind Route is provided "as is." We do our best to ensure the readings are useful and the platform is reliable, but we make no warranties about outcomes you achieve by acting on them. Our maximum liability for any single dispute is limited to the amount you paid for the specific reading in question.

We may update these terms over time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
