Return Policy

The short version
If a reading or session fails to deliver because of something on our end — broken generation, missing sections, a download that won't open — we will regenerate it free or refund you in full. If you got what you paid for and you simply don't like what it said, we don't refund. Our work is calibrated for specificity, and specificity can be uncomfortable.
What is refundable
- The voice session failed mid-flow due to a technical error (dropped connection, audio glitches we can confirm on our side) and we cannot resume.
- The PDF was not generated, was empty, was missing sections, or cannot be downloaded after multiple retries.
- The 9 personalized infographics in a Decode Your Numbers report all failed to render after generation.
- You were double-charged for the same product within a short window due to a Stripe error.
- You purchased the wrong product (e.g. selected AI Psychologist Session when you meant Decode Your Numbers) and have not yet started or consumed the session.
What is not refundable
- You read the report and disagreed with its content. Mind Route is calibrated for honesty; it is not designed to flatter.
- You changed your mind after consuming the session or downloading the PDF.
- You did not finish the voice session because you decided to stop.
- Anyone else used your account to make the purchase. You are responsible for the security of your account.
- Time has passed beyond the 14-day window described below.
How to request a refund
Email hello@mindroute.app within 14 days of your purchase with:
- The email address on the account.
- The approximate date of purchase.
- The product you purchased (AI Psychologist Session, Find Yourself, or Decode Your Numbers).
- A short description of what went wrong.
We respond within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Partial refunds and credits
In some cases — for example, the text portion of a report generated correctly but the infographics did not — we may offer a partial refund or a credit toward another reading instead of a full refund. We'll always discuss the options with you before processing.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first. We respond fast and we'd much rather fix the issue or refund you directly than have your bank claw the charge back. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in account suspension.
