Privacy

When you sign up we store your email address. When you start a reading we store the inputs you provide (birth date, place, and an optional birth time for Decode Your Numbers; your voice transcript for AI Psychologist and Find Yourself) together with the generated report so you can return to it later. We store an account ID against any purchase you make.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third-party advertisers. We do not train AI models on your personal inputs. We do not see or store your payment card details — those are handled end-to-end by Stripe.

Supabase (database + auth), Stripe (payments), OpenRouter / Anthropic / Google (model inference for the readings), Resend (transactional email). Each of these processors handles data under their own published agreements; we use them strictly for the function described.

Indefinitely, so you can return to past readings. You can request deletion of all of your data — account, transcripts, reports — at any time by emailing hello@mindroute.app. We process the request within 7 days.

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking analytics.
